To find your order number, go to your Tipii' account and then to the “My orders” tab. You also received your order number when you received your e-mail confirming that your order had been dispatched.

What are the delivery times ?

Delivery times in France and FOD are 8 working days and 12 days in Europe.

How to use my gift card / vouchers ?

To use your company code, you have to enter it at the payment stage. If you have not used all of its value, the remainder is automatically converted into credits on your Tipii' account. You will then be able to select them for your next order.
